Questions about an order?

  • ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Orders may take 3-4 weeks to make/ship out. Once an order is sent out, I will send you an email with tracking details.
  • Please make sure your address is correct, including apartment number. I am not responsible for orders that are returned / lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there will be a fee to reship it.
  • If you've been sent tracking and your package has gone missing or hasn't been delivered, please check with your local post office or mail carrier, once it leaves the warehouse, I cannot track it. If a package is returned to me, I will send you an invoice to reship.
  • I am not responsible for any fees incurred for international shipments held at customs (custom/duties fees) or for packages that are lost in the mail.
  • If you notice an error with your order, please notify me within 12 hours after purchasing as orders go into production quickly, once they enter production, details such as color, size or change of address cannot be altered.
  • Be sure to inspect your item(s) when they arrive. If you have a problem with your delivered order, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery to resolve, after the 48 hour time frame, orders are considered complete.

Please allow 2 weeks for all NON-CUSTOM products to be shipped after you order.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time your custom order is completed and fully paid off for your product to arrive.

Every product is made to order, no inventory, so refunds or exchanges are not offered on any products. If your product is received damaged or defective, please email me within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and if I determine it to be valid, I will be happy to exchange it for you.
